Return and Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your new sunglasses. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.
How to submit a return:

This return policy (“Policy”) applies to customers (“you”) residing in the Netherlands who have purchased NOYA products via the official online store at noyaeyewear.com (“NOYA”).
Please note:
We only accept returns that are securely packaged and returned in a like-new, resellable condition, including all protective materials and accessories. This includes but is not limited to: arm sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, packaging, and brochures.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The sunglasses must be unused, undamaged, and unworn.

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, protective covers, and warranty cards.

A return request must be submitted in advance via email or the return form and approved by our customer service before anything is sent back.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please include a copy of the invoice from noya.ch, clearly indicate your order number and contact information, and keep the tracking number of the DHL return label.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Sunglasses with signs of use, scratches, or damage

Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

Products returned outside the return period
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. If all return conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 to 21 business days from the approval date.
Please note:

We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue only a partial refund if the return conditions are not met.

Damage caused by use or shipping is not covered under this policy.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different model or color? Please contact us first. Exchanges will only be processed once the original item has been received and approved.
