Shipping Policy – Noya

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on the Noya website are processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all our products.

3. Domestic and International Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Noya has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. While we strive to meet these timeframes, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may cause variations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Noya is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier that are lost or stolen thereafter. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Noya is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal or regulatory reasons. Any such limitations will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
